Neon Favela is played by real people and keeps moving between their sessions. This is the state of it as of the last update — not a fixed setting, and not where it began.

Our resistance coalesces around Dona Celeste's Council of Mothers, Fantasma's Espectros hackers, and Dr. Kade, a ghost within the Arcology itself. The demolition clock ticks. We fight for every anchor, every life, every beat of our heart. The Shifting Archives continue to crumble under the relentless pressure, further isolating Kira and Hex.
