You stand on a wooden walkway, thirty feet above the forest floor, the air thick with the scent of pine resin and damp earth. Dappled sunlight filters through leaves the size of dinner plates, illuminating the carved Forest Talisman at your neck and the worn leather of your Traveler's Pack. Below, the gentle murmur of a river accompanies the distant, playful shrieks of cat-kin children echoing across a swaying rope bridge. Yet, an undercurrent of unease ripples through the normally placid canopy city; from the direction of the Royal Grove, a chorus of raised, urgent voices carries through the branches, growing steadily louder. As you glance towards the forest edge where the main stair descends, one of the newly posted sentries, a hulking minotaur with scarred horns, turns its head slowly, its dark gaze fixing directly on you.

> Confront the minotaur sentry

You stride purposefully towards the forest edge where the main stair descends, your gaze steady on the hulking minotaur sentry. Its massive head, adorned with scarred horns, slowly tracks your approach, and a low, guttural rumble emanates from its chest as you step onto the broader platform. The air around it crackles faintly, not with hostile magic, but with an unstable energy that seems to flow from the chaotic currents affecting Kaimura itself. The minotaur's dark eyes narrow, fixing on the Forest Talisman at your neck as if recognizing a challenge. It shifts its weight, a heavy gauntleted hand resting on the hilt of a crude, oversized axe strapped to its back. "Another Zohrakai," it grunts, its voice a gravelly whisper that carries a hint of exhaustion, "What business brings a dragonborn to *my* post?"

> State my purpose clearly

"I am Ahɔoden, of Zohrakai," you declare, your voice resonating with dragonborn authority, "I seek Queen Sayuri to offer counsel regarding the Dominion Edict and the Alliance." The minotaur's heavy brows furrow further, its suspicion hardening into open hostility. "Zohrakai speaks of counsel while Valterion's forces push deeper into your city?" it grunts, shifting its massive axe. A sudden, sharp bark cuts through the tension. From the shadowy recesses of a nearby tree-house, a fox-kin scout, Ashic, darts out onto the walkway, his eyes wide with urgency. "Queen Sayuri is in the Royal Grove, Ahɔoden, but the main path is blocked! We need to move, now."

> says a quick chant Amarok no Hōkai (Amarok's Ruin) summons a ice/dark wolf guardian to travel

A chill permeates the air as you speak the words of power, "Amarok no Hōkai." Shadows coalesce, twisting into a spectral wolf wreathed in frost and darkness beside you, its eyes glowing with an eerie, cerulean light. The newly summoned guardian lets out a silent snarl, its presence solidifying the tension between you and the hulking Minotaur Sentry. The minotaur's growl intensifies, a deep rumble shaking the very platform beneath your feet. It lowers its head, scarred horns pointing directly at you, and takes a deliberate step forward, its massive axe scraping against the ground. "This 'counsel' is an act of war, Zohrakai," it bellows, its voice laced with a fury that suggests it expected no less. "Valterion will not tolerate such overt aggression on its borders." The wolf guardian shifts, a low, guttural sound emanating from its shadowy form as it mirrors the minotaur's stance, ready to defend. The path ahead, deeper into Kaimura, now seems blocked by the minotaur's enraged form, leaving you with little room to maneuver.

> Command wolf to attack Sentry

At your silent command, Amarok surges forward, a spectral blur of frost and shadow. The wolf's ethereal form phases through the barricade, its glowing cerulean eyes locked on the minotaur, and it slams into the hulking figure with the force of a battering ram. A crackling aura of ice and darkness erupts on impact, and the minotaur roars, a sound of pain and outrage echoing through the Kaimura canopy as frost blooms across its hide. The minotaur stumbles back a step, its massive head shaking as if clearing a blow, its earlier hostility now a palpable fury. Its enraged eyes narrow, focusing on the spectral wolf, then flick to you, a glint of predatory intent replacing its suspicion. It lowers its head, flexing its immense muscles, preparing to charge forward through the barricade toward the ice-wreathed Amarok, leaving the path ahead fully open but perilous.

> ....So Fenetho you have a choice to make. You give me the information and we work together or I leave you here by yourself. I prefer team work, unity and all of us making out alive. Amarok and I can make a small diversion for you and the others.....can we trust you Fenetho????

The words hang in the air between you and Fenetho, heavy with the distant groans of the ancient trees and the crackling orb in your hand. Fenetho's eyes dart from the harnessed energy orb to Amarok, who shifts its spectral weight, a low, almost inaudible growl rumbling in its chest. Her grip on your arm loosens, and she pulls back, her shoulders slumping. "Trust?" Fenetho whispers, her voice brittle. "Ahɔoden, it's not a matter of trust. It's a matter of *survival*. The Sunken Peaks… they're not merely isolated. They are *cursed*. The Stone-kin clan there, they are not themselves. They have been twisted by the same force tearing Kaimura apart. Whatever you sense, whatever magic you hold, it's connected to *that*. The Valterion are merely scavengers drawn to the carrion." She shivers, looking towards the direction of the crumbling city. "A diversion would buy moments, yes, but not salvation. The only way out is through, but not the way you think. Not with them corrupted beyond recognition." Her gaze locks onto yours, a desperate plea in her eyes. "I know a path, a hidden passage beneath the old market, used by smugglers. It leads past the outer Valterion lines, towards the Whispering Blight. But it is guarded by something… something that feeds on despair. I can show you, Ahɔoden, but it will cost us precious time." Do you follow Fenetho's desperate lead into the smuggler's path, attempt the diversion as planned, or demand more answers from her here?

> i understand Fenetho your frustration, i can hear the love and passion you have for Kaimura. So how long of a diversion do you need to use the old passage underneath the Matket? If the energy of Kaimura is in high flux i can probably use it to unleash some new powers Ive been working on *With a devilish grin on his face"

Your words cut through Fenetho's despair, and a flicker of hope—or perhaps just grim determination—replaces the fear in her eyes. "Kaimura doesn't ask for love, Ahɔoden, only action," she replies, her voice regaining some of its usual sharpness, even as a faint blush touches her cheeks at your grin. "The old passage beneath the market... it's treacherous, riddled with collapsed sections since the flux intensified. To get the non-combatants through, past the Valterion patrols that would have swept the market square by now, I'd need at least a *quarter of an hour* of pure chaos. Enough to draw every searching eye away from the south side." Amarok lets out a low growl, its spectral form shifting as if agreeing with the assessment of required chaos. Fenetho looks from your confident grin to the crackling orb still held in your hands, then back towards the distant groans and shudders of the city. "If you truly believe you can harness this... *power*... the market is likely overrun by now. Creating that kind of diversion there, though, will draw them all to your location. Give me your word you'll meet me by the old weaver's district, just beyond the south gate, by the next sundown, and I'll send Mei Silverfox to guide you from there."

> [SKILL:Ice/Dark Summoning★] very well Fenetho if a display of power is what you need a display of power is what you shall receive. to great suprise thr orb begins to vibrate and shake the very ground itself.

"Kaimura doesn't ask for love, Ahɔoden, only action," Fenetho had said, her voice sharp with a desperation you understood. As you agree to the display, the air around you crackles, and the faint blue glow from Kaimura's magic pulses in response to your will. The orb you grasp vibrates violently, shaking not just the ground beneath your feet, but the very tree-structures around you, sending splinters of wood raining down. A wave of ice and shadow erupts, not in a controlled surge, but in a chaotic, uncontrolled blast that tears through the ancient wood, collapsing a section of the walkway just ahead of Fenetho and pushing her back against the gnarled trunk of a massive tree. The effort drains you, leaving a sharp, burning ache in your chest, and for a moment, the world swims. Fenetho scrambles to her feet, her eyes wide with a mix of shock and fear as she stares at the wreckage. "Ahɔoden! What was that? You could have brought the whole canopy down!" Her voice is harsh, but beneath it, a tremor of genuine terror vibrates. The distant groans of the trees seem to intensify, as if Kaimura itself protests the sudden, wild surge. Amarok lets out a low growl, not at you, but toward the newly exposed gap in the walkway, where the sounds of the encroaching Valterion patrols suddenly seem much, much closer. Do you try to stabilize the damage, prepare for the now imminent threat, or push through the new opening the blast created?

> my apologies everyone I messed up the incantation. i can fix this plus a heal.....watch this....Reikyō no Nagare (Flow of Spirit's Embrace) using the vibrations to summon ancient water deity of healing, restoration and cleansing to heal all damage and restore vitality to allies and the environment.

"My apologies everyone, I messed up the incantation," you declare, your voice cutting through the groaning wood and the magical flux. "I can fix this. Watch." You channel the vibrating orb, twisting the chaotic energy, attempting to weave it into 'Reikyō no Nagare'. Instead of a healing flow, Kaimura's raw magic bucks against your control. The tremors intensify, and a fresh wave of splinters rains down, one catching your cheek. A thin line of blood traces your jaw, costing you 5 HP, dropping you to 80/110. Fenetho rushes forward, her eyes wide with fear, not for herself, but for the collapsing canopy above. "Ahɔoden, stop! The very roots of Kaimura are screaming. This isn't healing, it's tearing us apart!" she cries, pointing a trembling hand towards the northern edge of the enclave. "The tremors have opened a fissure. It leads away from the market, towards the old Stone-kin mining tunnels in the Sunken Peaks. But we have to go *now*, before this entire section collapses, and before the Valterion patrols find us trapped." She glances back at the market, then at the gaping maw in the earth. "We're losing the chance to help the market scouts either way if we stay here. What do we do?"

> choice-1

You drop into the fissure, trusting Fenetho's urgent gesture. The splintered wood and groaning roots of Kaimura give way to rough, uneven rock as you slide down a narrow, dark passage, the Minotaur Horn Shard clutched in your hand. Amarok follows, a spectral blur of ice and shadow. Fenetho scrambles behind you, her breath coming in ragged gasps. The air grows heavy, thick with the scent of damp earth and something metallic, almost electrical. The passage opens into a cavern, dimly lit by phosphorescent fungi clinging to the walls. Before you, a group of Zohrakai scouts — wolf-kin and fox-kin, battered and bruised — are cornered by a trio of hulking Valterion Minotaurs. One of the minotaurs holds a struggling fox-kin scout by the scruff, its axe raised for a killing blow, while another begins to turn towards the new disturbance your arrival has caused. Fenetho lets out a choked cry, "They found them!" The minotaur with the axe pauses, its head cocked, its heavy breathing echoing in the cavern. "More strays for the picking, eh?" it rumbles, dropping the fox-kin scout who crumples to the ground. "Come to join your friends in chains?" Word of your deeds spreads — your renown grows, and with it your endurance (max HP 125).

> Very well ill fight for my conpany's right to rest. Just keep in mind this what you wanted, you shouldve just let us pass....in that instance the Sekhmet cloak begins to glow with feiry rage and emit heat, growing bigger and statrting form a lionlike cloak/armour around Ahoden. the Sekhmet cloak begins to transform Ahoden slighty growing lionlike features all around, fangs, claws, even a lions main and tail. Amarok howls with extreme joy and everyone else even the mighty Minotaurs felt a great feeling of fear a feat thought impossible in Kaimura. Sekhmet Cloak evolved level 1. Ahoden with a fire aura in his now cat like eyes speed biltz Ashundus and effortlessly cleaves one of his arms off as a quick demonstration of this newly awakened form. Yeild!!! now!!!

The Sekhmet's Resonant Cloak flares with a furious, golden light, heat radiating outward as if from a forge. The shimmering fabric shifts and expands, coiling around you, not as a garment, but as living, molten armor. Claws sharpen at your fingertips, fangs lengthen in your mouth, and a magnificent mane of fiery gold erupts around your head and shoulders, culminating in a powerful tail that swishes behind you. You feel the raw, primal power surge through your veins, transforming you utterly. Amarok lets out a long, joyous howl, a sound that vibrates through the rock and reverberates in the Minotaur Guard's chest, momentarily stilling his vigilance. Your cat-like eyes, now burning with a fierce aura, fix on Ashundus. You blur across the distance in a flash of gold and crimson, a speed that defies the cramped passage. Before Ashundus can even register the attack, your new, razor-sharp claw connects, cleanly severing his left arm just below the shoulder. He stumbles back, a choked gasp escaping him, his severed limb clattering wetly to the stone floor, his face paling as blood begins to well from the wound. You stand over him, your voice now a resonant snarl that echoes the lion's roar, demanding his surrender. Daiki, his face a mask of shock, takes a staggered step back, his hand instinctively going to the heavy axe at his side, though he doesn't draw it. The Minotaur Guard, already on edge, now stares at you with a fear previously thought impossible in these halls, his stance shifting from defensive to outright panicked. Fenetho, wide-eyed, takes a cautious step forward, but Amarok, radiating a fierce triumph, stands his ground, blocking Fenetho from interfering. The cost of your transformation is immediate: Ashundus is gravely injured, the Minotaur Guard is terrified, and Daiki is now truly enraged, his eyes hardening with a dangerous resolve as he looks from Ashundus to you. "You have chosen your path, creature," Daiki growls, his voice low and trembling with fury, "and it leads only to the deepest pits of Valterion's justice. Yield, or face the full might of the Imperial Legion."

> No! you chose this! you shouldve let my friends rest. Sekhmet cloak begins to frenzy as if connected to Ahodens feelings and sensing the ill intent from Daiki. before anyone including Ahoden himself could react the Sekhmet cloak grew a giant lion claw slamming down on Daiki with such force it a shockwave shock the environment. no one in the realm has ever overcome a minotaur so swiftly let alone take on two of them alone.....and Daiki still on the ground coughing up blood trying to comprehend how such power could be welded by a filthy Zora punk.... Ahoden calmly states that this is still the lower level of this power...there is more to tap into. Do you still wish to fight minotaurs? im only getting started....Amarok lets out another joyful howl.

The colossal, fiery claw of the Sekhmet's Resonant Cloak slams down with the force of a battering ram, catching Daiki utterly unprepared. A sickening crunch echoes through the passage as the air around you shimmers from the shockwave, sending dust and small stones skittering across the uneven floor. Daiki collapses, a ragged gasp torn from his throat, his armored form now crumpled against the rough-hewn stone, blood bubbling at the corner of his mouth. The Young Minotaur, who moments ago had been raging, stills, his eyes wide with a mixture of terror and disbelief, while Amarok lets out another triumphant, echoing howl that vibrates through the very rock. You stand over the fallen Imperial Minotaur, your transformed features — the lion's mane, the glint of fangs, the feral gleam in your cat-like eyes — lending an unnerving calm to your voice. "Do you still wish to fight?" you ask, the words a low rumble in your throat, "This is only the lower level of this power." The Sekhmet's Cloak, still radiating immense heat, pulses around you, a silent promise of deeper, untapped fury. The Minotaur Guard, who had been observing, shifts uncomfortably, his concern deepening as he glances between Daiki and your imposing form. The Young Minotaur backs away a step, his earlier rebellion replaced by wary apprehension. Daiki attempts to push himself up, his gaze locking onto yours, but his strength fails him, and he slumps back with a groan. His eyes, though filled with pain, still hold a flicker of his authoritarian resolve, struggling to comprehend the raw power that just brought him to his knees. The Minotaur Guard takes another step back, his hand now resting on the hilt of his weapon, but he makes no move to intervene.

> I don't want to cause further harm anybody that's not what my mission is here. you fail to realize minotaurs i didn't land a single killing blow like i could have only to disable you a make you think... let me and my company pass.....or else!!!

Your declaration echoes through the shattered passage, the words hanging heavy in the air, a stark counterpoint to the fresh blood staining the stone beneath Daiki. He groans, a ragged sound, pushing himself onto an elbow, his eyes still wide with disbelief and pain as he stares at you, then at the glowing cloak. The Minotaur Guard’s hand tightens on his weapon's hilt, his gaze flicking between your radiating form and the incapacitated Daiki, a flicker of something beyond concern — perhaps genuine fear — now visible in his usually stoic expression. He slowly shakes his head, his heavy brow furrowing further. "My orders are clear, outsider. No passage through here without clearance from the Obsidian Hold," he rumbles, his voice lacking its previous authority, tinged with a new note of caution. "Even if you... disable our best. We cannot simply disregard protocol. The Hold is under strict security." Amarok lets out another low, satisfied growl from beside you, nudging your hand with his head, while Fenetho shifts his weight, his tail twitching with his impatience to be moving. The Minotaur Guard looks at Daiki again, then back to you, his eyes narrowed. "If you wish to pass, you will have to contend with the entire garrison beyond. Is that truly what you desire, after demonstrating such... restraint?"

> I was willing to go with you alone if had allowed my company to remain here and rest. A simple request thay would have not done harm to anyone....but here we are you and your company at thr mercyvof my power you forget my earlier statement Ashundus. "This only the begining power of thid cloak, there is much....much more that i havent unlocked yet" so lets bargain let my company rest here and ill yeild/ cooperate anyvof you fighting me is foolish suicide amd you know it......Do we have a deal or not? im happy with whatever choicr you make like you didnt see me speed blitz you....oh thats right you didnt......

Your words, sharp and resonant, cut through the tense silence of the Minotaur's Passage, aimed directly at the Minotaur Guard who still hovers, bewildered, over Daiki's crumpled form. The Guard's gaze snaps from his wounded superior to you, his grip tightening instinctively on his spear. He shifts his weight, glancing quickly at Amarok and Fenetho, then back to the still-glowing aura around you. Your mention of Ashundus, a name he would likely recognize from imperial reports, seems to add a layer of apprehension to his already wary expression, though he offers no verbal response to it. He doesn't move to challenge your claim of power, instead focusing intently on your proposal, his heavy brow furrowed in consideration. Amarok lets out a low, rumbling growl, a protective sound deep in his chest, while Fenetho leans closer to you, his tail twitching impatiently, but he too remains silent, waiting for the Guard's reaction. The Guard finally pulls his gaze from your imposing figure and looks down at Daiki, who stirs with a pained groan, attempting to push himself up. The Guard extends a hand, not to help, but to gently press Daiki back down, a silent command for him to remain still. He then turns back to you, his voice gravelly but even. "My orders were clear, Zohrakai. We cannot allow unauthorized rest within a secured Imperial passage, especially not after… this display." He gestures vaguely at Daiki. "However," he continues, his eyes narrowing slightly, "if you truly mean to cooperate, there is a small alcove just beyond this turn, seldom used, that offers shelter from the immediate threat of patrols. It's not rest, but it is out of sight." He takes a small step back, widening the space between you, and looks pointedly at the dark, narrow opening in the rock face that he mentioned. "We could observe your… company… from a distance there. It would be a temporary arrangement. Do you accept this, or will you continue to impede our duties and challenge Imperial authority in this passage?"

> As i said before you and your company made choice to be difficult that's your problem i could've ended all of you...yet you clearly don't comprehend hoe out matched you are. Orders over you life...you minotaurs are interesting creatures. Thanks for finally being cooperative if you had used your brains and not blind loyalty nobody would be hurt. your men suffer because you. We take our leave to the shelter and observe us all you like just remind yourselves that i could've ended you all in one movement. Staying loyal to orders doesn't have to cost you or your men their lives. Amarok, Fenetho we take our leave.

Your voice, edged with a cold certainty that belies your current wounds, cuts through the Minotaur Guard's unspoken challenge. You dismiss their "blind loyalty" as the cause of Daiki's pain, reminding them pointedly that your power, which incapacitated their leader, is still vastly untapped. "We take our leave to the shelter," you declare, turning to Amarok and Fenetho, the words hanging heavy in the passage, "and observe us all you like, just remind yourselves that I could've ended you all in one movement." The Minotaur Guard visibly flinches at your blunt assessment, his gaze darting between your still-glowing cloak and the crumpled form of Daiki. His hand loosens from his weapon, his initial bravado draining away, replaced by a deep unease. Amarok shifts, a low growl rumbling in his chest, his eyes fixed on the Guard, while Fenetho, ever practical, watches your back, a flicker of approval in his sharp cat-eyes. The Guard hesitates, caught between his orders and the undeniable demonstration of your strength. He looks from you to Daiki, then back to you, his brow furrowed in a deep conflict that makes him seem far younger than his armored bulk suggests. "A shelter?" he finally manages, his voice rough. "Where do you intend to go? The passage is unstable, and Valterion patrols will be sweeping this sector by sunset. If you resist, we will be forced to report your... interference, and you'll be hunted. But if you truly mean to simply leave... there is an old market route, beneath the ruins. It leads away from the Imperial outposts."

Ahɔoden arrived in Kaimura, summoning Amarok no Hōkai, whose icy aura provides a subtle shield. He gained a Worn Parchment and Sekhmet's Resonant Cloak, which transformed him with lion features, granting primal power. He used this to slam Daiki, later severing his arms. Amarok and Fenetho accompany him. After Imperial Enforcers appeared, Ahɔoden submitted, receiving Iron Manacles. He then uppercut the minotaur, Daiki, and shattered a crevice with his shoulder, escaping with Kai. His HP is 56. A Minotaur Guard opened a gate for them after a toll was paid for two. Ahɔoden gained 3 leverage, totaling 14. His attempt to present a seal resulted in his Notoriety climbing to 44, as witnesses in a collapsing vault recognized him. The Minotaur Guard shoved the Young Minotaur through a failing gate arch as basalt thundered down. Ahɔoden's HP dropped to 47 after the ceiling gave way, and he lost his Water Flask. Thus rests the saga of Ahɔoden — who lives on in Crowns of Atheria.
