In Mythora's academy worlds, relationships are tracked state. A slight registers, a favour is owed, and the classmate you humiliated in front of the ranking board behaves accordingly a term later. Rankings, factions and faculty politics move on their own schedule too, so the social map you left isn't the one you come back to.
