Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy Mythora. If you're not satisfied with a recent purchase, here's how refunds work depending on what you bought and where.
1. Monthly Subscriptions (Wanderer & Patron)
- 48-hour satisfaction refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of subscribing and have used no more than about a single day's worth of daily actions, we'll refund that payment in full — no questions asked. It's there for impulse or accidental sign-ups.
- After that, no refund. You can cancel anytime and keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — we don't cut you off immediately — but the payment itself isn't refunded.
- No partial-period refunds. Cancelling mid-month doesn't pro-rate or refund the remaining days.
2. Seed Packages (one-time purchases)
- Seed packages are credited to your balance immediately and are non-refundable once the seeds appear in your account.
- Technical issues — duplicate charges, seeds that never landed in your balance, or other delivery failures — qualify for a full refund. Reach out at support@mythora.app with your order number and we'll fix it.
3. Mobile App Purchases
- iOS App Store: refunds are handled by Apple. File a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: contact us at support@mythora.app and we'll request a refund through Google Play on your behalf, subject to their policies.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@mythora.app with:
- The email address on your Mythora account
- The product (Wanderer Pass, Patron Pass, or a specific seed package)
- Approximate date of purchase
- (Optional) Why the refund is requested — it helps us improve
Most refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and arrive back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be reflected with a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
