How do I create an account?
Tap Sign up on the home screen and use your email, Google, or Apple account. You’ll receive a verification email if you sign up with email.
What are Seeds and how do I get more?
Seeds are the in-game currency you spend on actions and world creation. New accounts receive a starter balance, and active players earn a small daily refill. You can also purchase additional Seeds from the Profile → Seeds screen.
I bought Seeds but my balance didn’t update.
In-app purchases occasionally take a moment to reconcile. Try closing and reopening the app. If your balance is still wrong after a few minutes, email us at hello@mythora.app with your account email and the purchase receipt and we’ll resolve it.
How do I request a refund?
In-app purchases made on iOS are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, refunds are handled by Google Play. For web purchases or any other refund question, email us at hello@mythora.app.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, characters, and history.
My profile picture won’t upload.
Mythora supports JPEG, PNG, and WebP images up to 5 MB. If you’re on iPhone and the upload fails, make sure you’ve allowed Mythora access to Camera and Photos in Settings → Mythora.
A message or world contains inappropriate content.
Please report it to hello@mythora.app with the world name, the offending content, and (if possible) a screenshot. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that violates our Terms of Service.
The app crashed or behaves unexpectedly.
Email hello@mythora.app with your device model, OS version, and a short description of what you were doing when the issue happened. Screenshots and screen recordings help a lot.
